McCaffery Interests received the 2014 Emerald Award - The Intent to Matter - Outstanding Large Organization - by the USGBC at the Museum of Broadcast Communications.

McCaffery Interests was a recipient for the USGBC - Illinois Chapter award for Lakeside development, focused on promoting sustainable community design and a transformative model for urban planning made possible by creating unique partnerships with SOM, U.S. Steel and the City of Chicago.
